Thanks for putting up this essay and the pictures of Rene Cera's work. I knew Rene and Liz Cera in the 70s and 80s. Liz was my art teacher in high school, and I met Rene then. I corresponded with Liz after school and and stayed with them for a couple of weeks in Lenox, Massachusetts in the mid 80s. I've often wondered about them. Rene was such an interesting man, and wrote some great things about art. Thanks again for this.
